Michael Gallagher
General Sales Manager
Michael has spent more than 18 years in the automotive business, with experience ranging from sales and finance to managing high-volume dealerships. Today, as General Sales Manager, he focuses on something pretty simple: creating a dealership where customers actually enjoy buying a car and employees are proud to work. He believes in straightforward communication, treating people fairly, and making the car-buying process easier than most people expect it to be. Outside the dealership, Mike competes in Strongman, is an unapologetic car and motorcycle guy, and spends most of his free time training, working on something in the garage, or at home with his wife, Jenn, and their ever-growing collection of animals. If you see him around the dealership, say hello. And if you want to talk cars, motorcycles, lifting, or why there are apparently never enough animals at his house, you've found the right guy

Rafi Joarder
Sales Consultant
Before getting into the car business, Rafi worked in luxury retail with Theory and Tory Burch, where he developed a strong background in customer service before making the move to automotive sales. Rafi speaks English, Bengali, Turkish, Hindi, and Urdu, making him a great resource for customers from a wide range of backgrounds. Outside the dealership, Rafi plays guitar, listens to classic metal, and owns a 1986 Pontiac Firebird. He’s also really into turtles. We don’t know why. Ask him.
